The soap solution is only used to make the adhesive not stick to the watch face immediately so you can position it

Then and this was the most helpful information they provided wait 5 min or so for the solution to dry and then gently push down the sides and corners

They might not stick at first but if you keep working it they will and the corners will be smooth on some of my initial attempts i tried to push too hard on the skin and it caused some distortion on that corner or on the watch face

In all cases it was a corner that first lifted away from the watch face

The good news is the skins have protected my watch from several scratches i would have gotten if it was not on it actually hides a minor scrape not scratch on the face of the watch that happened before i began using protectors they are cheap when applied correctly you can hardly tell there is a skin covering the watch face and skinomi stands by their warranty

At first i thought the edges weren’t going to lay on the curved screen but after letting it sit for about an hour i lightly pressed them down and they stayed
