Pros

The cord is great for connecting an external battery to an iphone. I attach it to my portable charger and it works really well. Note, to use the iphone charger, you have to connect it to the microusb charger.

This cable is apple certified which basically makes it work with ios/apple devices. However, it is fabulous if you happen to own a kindle or have a friend over who has a different name brand device and forgot their cable and needs a quick charge.

Cons

The lightning adapter no longer stays connected to the microusb cable. Whenever it is moved just a little bit, it stops charging and then it goes back to charging. The head bends and breaks off while its in my pocket. Would not recommend.
