Unfortunately for me the band is on the too small side and while i can get it to fit it keeps popping open so i am on the hunt for a larger replacement

It is via a usb charger it has a clip to hold the nodules in place while charging you have to make sure the ones on the unit and the ones on the charger line up

You need to sync your tracker to your phone via blue tooth so everything works cohesively
