Competitiveness
So far i have used this iron for one soldering job which was to solder the ends of two 18650 batteries
As a hobbiest i see no need to spend 5x more for a nonequivalent improvement and this iron is easy to find replacement parts for as needed
Ive only used the standard 40w soldering irons before this one
If i have a really big job i pull out my 50 year old 300w weller
