The saddest thing was that we waited too long to return the device in hopes that it might have been a stupid glitch on the device and hopefully a placebo effect might have taken place over the dogs having a collar on

My wife and daughter keep taking the collar off so the dog has learned its okay to bark once the collar is taken off not okay when the collar is on
