Pros

This keyboard is about 1 and 3/4th the width of the microsoft ergo 4000 which i've been using for the past 4-5 years very regularly. It's size makes it very compact, being thewidth of a standard laptop keyboard and just about as thin as one.

Anker - a+ for wonderful customer service, and to yvonne especially for her attention to customer experience. Everything is fine now and i'm very satisfied.

Bluetooth keyboards are pretty pricey so to find an affordable keyboard that gets the job done was really amazing. The functionality of the keyboard is great. Great keyboard, easy to type on and very good for portability.

Cons

Anker is distancing themselves from this keyboard and it now has a different brand name on the listing, while the description still has anker’s logo. Buy something else, sparce yourcselcf the headache. I am totally confused as to how anker can sell a ... Read More

Pressing multiple keys at the same time for a shortcut does not work. You can type without the feeling of cramped keys but the glossy finish on the side is totally unnecessary.

Ive used their battery pack products before highly recommend and i trust their product quality wholeheartedly

No issues with the keyboard got it for a gift

However given the multiple reliability issues i had with the keyboard i would not recommend purchasing this model

If you don’t mind the look of the keyboard but are all for the functionality than you will be satisfied with this product

Packaging/appearance

Anyways i looked that the warranty was still within the 18month period
