Make sure to read the supplemental instructions for the drain assembly to leave the spacer in until after connecting the cable release

The drain assembly large black gasket leaked at first

The solution was to both tighten the nut and wiggle the gasket to help it conform to the bottom of the sink and create a seal

The basin openings fit the two supply valves but the drain operator the large piece affixed to the back cable would not fit through the basin opening

The basin contains a 12 opening while the drain operator is larger

Couple wrenches later save yourself 100 dollars hiring someone and do some quick youtube searches

If you have pex red and blue plastic piping and havent worked with it before do some research and make sure you have the right tools before you get started otherwise youll run into the same problems i did
