Customer service is top notch on amazon. Com. No shrinkage at all even in hot wash and dry.

I have a deep mattress, with a 4 inch topper and it is a real snug fit. Great sheets with deep pockets for fitted sheet - my mattress and cover is 18.

Cons

Major disappointment. Since they also sell fitted sheets seperately, that tells me they know they are selling a defective product. The ones from costco are $59.

The light blue color is a true light blue (not aqua like other brands) the fact that they don't clarify single ply or more is a big red flag. There were stains on the product.
