This is the bulkiest worst optical cable i've ever encountered and the quality was garbage. Seems like amazon sells a lot of junk. I hope uncle bozo isn't using this cable in his rocket ship!
The heat cooks the optical fiber (but not the outside coating) and it stops working after a while. I assume this is a quality control failure on the part of amazon's contractor. These cables are manufactured by a third party not affiliated with amazon... Read More

The sound bar cam with an electronic connector that could not be plugged into my older flat screen tv so i plugged it into the set top box instead

This worked but i wasnt getting the sound feed directly from the tv which made it impossible to use the sound bar with my roku device
