Just use one hand only to spray and other hand to spread it because once the sprayer top gets oil on it from your hand it is very hard to get to pump

It works if you are outside too does not have any sun screen in it though and it totally organic so if you are outside wont harm anything in the ocean

I actually take the spray nozzle out and pour directly on my hands for i could not get it to come through my spray nozzle
