I appreciate their review and have been so pleased with the purchase
Finally a quality frying pan that works on my cooktop
I am not sure about the issues others have reported with the bottom not being flat and oil pooling around the edges
I am not sure if it has to do with the amount of heat being applied
Competitiveness
Dont know what the hype is about i have other pans by other companies and some are cheaper than allclad and they are just as good
If you can afford it definitely get this skillet as well as other allclad cookware
