Pros arrived quickly packaging was easy and convenient to carry aroundcons the taste was bitter great little preworkout
Tastes good too the taste is good mix is good with 68 oz of water it doesnt give you tingles which i dont mind but it does give you energy and focus
I started at the recommended 12 scoop for a day or so then moved to 34 to full scoops depending if i have been taking it reg
