Note if you are complaining because of low water pressure is not the equipment its your current plumbing configuration that cannot deliver the amount of water this equipment needs in order to work at it maximum potential

Only reason it is 4 stars is the hand sprayer and body of the unit is plastic and not super heavy weight so i worry about durability if it gets bumped

It was hard to install because there was no specification of where to put the bracket in relation to the pipes coming out of the wall so it took 2 tries and 4 drilled holes to get it right

Its very flimsy and if you mount the bracket level the panel does not hang level even using the max adjustment available with the screw holes on the bracket so i think the slots in the frame are not accurately placed
