Pros & Cons
Pros
Not a bad read, pretty factual. European writers word patterns are always different than those of us across the pond. Excellent timing and product.
Except for the foregoing problem, the book is great. I find it incomprehensible that anyone would severely diss this book based on grammatical ills.
Cons
Some good facts and recollections but appallingly written with lots of unnecessary repetitions. At times it seems as if the author was using text from various field manuals and advertisements for filler.
The worst part of the book is that kindle have not translated it very will. Perhaps the author was inspired by his namesake in another series of novels. The book is pathetically written.
