Now this is where it gets interesting sometime in january of this year 2017 the left side started flickering followed a few days later by the right side and the light output diminished by about 30

Instant dread because with most of that feedback came the horror stories of trying to get third gear to honor the warranty

I half heartedly wrote them telling them of my woes and providing the purchasing info etc

Lo and behold within 24 hours i received a reply from them letting me know what was needed to be done to return the defective units for replacement

They followed up this soon after by sending me a prepaid shipping label to return the items
