I do not have anything i wouldnt trust to these guys maybe a very heavy wall mirror but even then 2 or 4 of these guys would likely be fine

Just mark the spot then place the pointed tip on the mark and pound it in like you would a nail

Ive even used a power screwdriver to drive these in after pounding them in but be careful not to screw it in too far you can tear up the plaster and leave nothing but a hole
