As other reviews have mentioned it is tight putting the gamecube controller end in the plastic part of the extender but not enough to make me fear that it is damaging the controller

Sessions and they have been wound and unwound and pulled and tripped over and stomped on and had furniture placed on them and have been mangled in every way you can think of

The end that connects to the controller is pretty tight and the end that connects to the wiigamecubeusb gamecube ports is snug just like a normal gamecube controller plug in would be
