My ac unit stopped working in april 2021 on a house that was built in 2019

I called the company that did the initial install as i figured they would know the most about it or possibly have it covered under warranty

It was a 150 fee to have them come out to diagnose the problem which seems standard so i had them come out to take a look at it

However they found that it was low on refrigerant and the technician didnt have the equipment to find out where the leak was so it was an additional appointment to find the leak and repair it

I chose to get a second opinion from able and they said the same service was 1100 including a 100 fee to diagnose the problem which was them actually figuring out where the leak was

Owner came out for preinspection and even showed up during the install as it was a little tricky
