Pros

Niacinamide boosts collagen production to improve skin texture, including smoothness, fine lines and wrinkles. This supplement is useful for me. It gives me energy, burns fat and hopefully has anti-aging properties.

Cons

Caplets, not tablets. I order tablets because capsules are too large and these are even worse. After a few months with discomfort i switched back to another brand of capsules (instead of hard tablets) and the reflux is gone.
