I ended up buying a purple one that is advertised as being 9 longtall and was way shorter for my workouts and that worked out great for me so i am guessing this one must be around 12 longtall

I would give 5 star but this thing hurts on the sides for some reason causing bruises but it’s just the sides my sister had the same issue as well
