This is the soap for any and many if not most every skin ” issue” you may have from almost every skin from acne to extreme to psoriasis to athletes fungus even sensitive skin if begun on a slow progression of ” exposure” could also benefit you work up to greater exposure the ingredients cover the exfoliation you need for these skin issuesi have perfect since you do not know me its not bragging perfect skin and this is all i use it exfoliates with salicictic acid i keep a bar in 2 exfoliation gloves and as achemistry but i look into what active and inactive ingredients actually doin what percentage and in what orderstop wasting money on bogus expensive advertising from uneducated influencers expensive cleansers and fancy packaging i work out a lot and use this daily face and body clear up your skin simply  Read Less

We smell like a volcano after use but i prefer that to the harsh perfumes of storebought dandruff shampoo and it works definitively
