The meal plan is completely doable - it is food that you buy at your local grocery store. Low calories, high protein, and great taste. One of the best tasting protein shakes i've had.
The shake is great tast and i get to got hours not ungry at all. Ordering more. Plus the whole family enjoys!
I was definitely fuller longer and had more energy. Had a lot if energy without nervousness. No cramping or having the sudden urge to have to go, just an easy clean out.
Cleanse has helped me restructure the way i think about eating. This is positive weight loss program with realistic results. Then 1 capsule of 180° cleanse at bedtime with 1 cup of water.
