Pros

The vendor is very fast with shipping. With proper charging it's not unusual for me to have them last up to three years. My fios box uses a 7ah battery but i am using the 9ah as an upgraded replacement.

This is the second pair i have purchased for one of my ups that i have which i have several

I always expect excuses when i try to get a warranty item replaced

I had a two battery system and had to pull apart the old connection to use with the new batteries once i figured that out all went smoothly

Price

Its unfortunate the price has increased about 30 but blame washington dc for that as all vendors are taking a hit

My apc ups is very happy again taking care of any low voltages and power surges

The vendor is very fast with shipping

They were returned and refund was issued really fast

Packaging/appearance

Great batteries and arrived very well packaged a box within a box and already charged

First is still going a couple years in and since they are much cheaper that name brand i figured get another set
