This was the first time that i have ever tried a essential oil and i am in love now never have been so in love with a product i have bad allergies in the spring and this truly stops my sneezing and helps clear my sinuses wow smells good but did not work for me smell great and last a very long time
In saying this i have not tried a lot of essential oils to know what oils blend well together for different affects
I purchased a portable heater that i use and found that it makes the air dry and i thought hey the respiratory essential oil would be great to help me with this and since i suffer from asthma and bronchitis i thought it would be great to open my lungs and breathe better
Unfortunately the smell was too strong i started off with 3 drops in a 100 ml diffuser then i tried using 2 drops still too strong then i tried using 1 drop still too strong
