Pros
Mornings are no longer a hobbling, stiff-legged challenge of endurance. Helps ease the fibromyalgia pain.
Cons
Caps twice a day isn't doing anything. No indication on the bottle it is dairy-free or vegan/vegetarian. When i open them, the supplement is not in powder form (as usual) but is in hard chunks as if moisture got in and caked up the product.
I was dazzled by all the great reviews and now regret this purchase. The material is much paler, whiter. I find it hard to believe this is the same product i used 2 years ago, esp in light of the fact that it no longer smells of frankincense.

Pepper extract needs a bit of fatty type healthy food to help comfortable absorption or else take immediately after a meal
